About Agencica
Built by people who actually run an agency.
Agencica wasn't designed from a generic software feature list. It was built by a team running a real creative and media agency — dealing with the same client chaos, deadline pressure, and invoicing headaches every agency deals with, every single day.
Why we built this
Before Agencica existed, our own agency ran the same way most agencies still do — a project tool for tasks, a chat app for feedback, a shared drive for files, a spreadsheet for billing, and email for client approvals. None of it talked to each other. Feedback got lost between the chat and the file it was actually about. Billing meant reconstructing a month's worth of completed work from memory and half-updated spreadsheets, every single cycle.
We tried the generic project management tools. They handled tasks fine, but they had no idea what a client retainer was, no concept of turning approved work into an invoice, no real answer for how creative revisions actually work. So we built the tool we actually needed — and once it worked for us, it was obvious other agencies were fighting the exact same mess.
Built from real use, not a feature list
Every feature exists because we needed it ourselves first, not because a competitor had it.
One connected workflow
Not five disconnected tools stitched together — one system where nothing needs re-entering.
Still actively used, still evolving
Agencica runs our own agency's day-to-day work too — so it keeps getting better for the reason it exists.
